The empty houses with no activity inside are an easy target for wildlife looking for a place to have there young, store food, and obtain shelter. If caught early in the infestation, the building can be spared huge repair costs due to basic neglect. Squirrels are one of the major offenders herein Green Bay Wisconsin. Spring, fall, and winter is the worst time for squirrels here in our area, as squirrels find the attic space far too hot, and prefer an open air nest. But the damage they do is CRAZY!
